Subscription Terms

1. Access Models
Obstetric Tools offers: (a) Free Basic Access with ads, (b) Monthly Premium Subscription, and (c) Lifetime Access via a one-time payment. Current prices are those published in the app stores.
2. Free Trial Period
Monthly subscriptions may include a 7-day trial period. If you do not cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the monthly subscription fee.
3. Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel the renewal at any time from your Apple or Google account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
4. Refund Policy
Since transactions are managed by third parties (Apple/Google), we cannot issue refunds directly. Any refund request must be processed through the technical support of the store where the purchase was made.
5. Lifetime Access
The one-time payment grants permanent access to current and future Premium features. This access is linked to your store account (Apple ID or Google Account) and is subject to the App's availability on those platforms.
6. Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the App or switch devices within the same platform, you can recover your Premium access using the 'Restore Purchases' button. Users who bought the old paid version are entitled to a free migration to the Lifetime plan.
