Subscription Terms and Payments

1. Premium Subscription Models

Obstetric Tools operates under a 'Freemium' model. It offers a free access level supported by advertising and a 'Premium' version free of ads and with unlocked access to all advanced clinical tools. Premium access can be purchased through: - An auto-renewable subscription (Monthly or Annual). - A one-time payment for Lifetime Access. Prices and the applicable currency will be those indicated on the purchase page within the application, determined by your local app store.

2. Payment Management and Billing

All payments, billing, and credit card processing are handled directly and exclusively by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via the Google Play Store). We do not collect or have access to your financial information, credit card numbers, or billing details.

3. Free Trials

We may offer subscriptions with a specific free trial period (e.g., 7 days). During this period, you will not be charged anything. However, to avoid being charged the first subscription fee, you must actively cancel the free trial at least 24 hours before the end of that period through your device's subscription settings.

4. Auto-Renewal

If you choose a subscription plan (Monthly or Annual), it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time by accessing your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Canceling the auto-renewal allows you to continue enjoying the Premium service until the end of the current paid cycle.

5. Restoring Purchases and Devices

Your Premium status is linked to your Apple ID or Google Play account, not to the application itself. You can use your subscription on multiple devices as long as they are logged in with the same account and operate under the same operating system (iOS or Android). To sync your purchase, use the 'Restore Purchases' button available in the application settings.

6. Legacy Users (Founding Member Rights)

If you purchased the full paid version of Obstetric Tools in the past (before our transition to the subscription model), our integration with RevenueCat will recognize your original purchase history. You will automatically be granted a 'Grandfathered' (Founding Member) status, giving you lifetime access to all Premium features at no additional cost. This benefit is strictly subject to Apple and Google's receipt validation policies.

7. Refund Policy

Since we do not process payments directly, we do not have the technical capability or authority to issue refunds. Any refund request or billing dispute must be directed straight to Apple customer service (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play, governed by their respective refund policies.
