1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Obstetric Tools, you legally agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any clause, you must uninstall the application immediately.
2. Nature of the Tool (Medical Disclaimer)
This application is a support tool for licensed healthcare professionals. Results obtained are indicative and based on standard formulas. They do not, under any circumstances, replace the clinical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment of a physician. The user is solely responsible for verifying results with official sources before making any medical decisions.
3. Permitted Use and Restrictions
Use of the App for illegal purposes, reverse engineering of the software, or data scraping is prohibited. Misuse of calculators resulting in erroneous clinical decisions is the sole responsibility of the user.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
We offer a free mode, a renewable monthly subscription, and a one-time payment (Lifetime). All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We reserve the right to modify prices with prior notice through the corresponding platforms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, calculation algorithms, source code, graphic design, and logos are the exclusive property of Obstetric Tools. No commercial use license is granted outside of the application itself.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including medical malpractice or data loss) resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the application owner's domicile.
