1. Introduction and Privacy Commitment
This policy describes data processing in Obstetric Tools, including the usage and revenue measurement introduced in version 3.0.
2. Health Data: Access, Collection, and Use
Clinical inputs and results are processed on your device. We do not include clinical values, patient names, search text or onboarding answers in measurement events. Local preferences may remain until you reset or remove the app.
3. Device and User Data Collection (Third Parties)
Google Firebase Analytics records screen and tool identifiers, interactions, foreground duration and paywall events. Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports and technical diagnostics. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app identifier, purchase history, receipts and subscription status. Google AdMob and AppLovin may process device/ad identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, diagnostics and ad interactions, subject to applicable consent and operating-system controls.
4. Use of Collected Information
We use technical events to understand onboarding, tool use, subscription conversion, purchase failures and advertising performance. The app links its Firebase Analytics instance identifier with its RevenueCat app identifier to relate usage and verified subscription events. These are technical identifiers, not patient identities.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Technical data is handled by Google (Firebase and AdMob), AppLovin, RevenueCat, Apple and Google Play for these purposes. Clinical inputs are not uploaded to these services. The app does not require an app account or provide team accounts.
6. Retention and Security
Data sent to these services uses encrypted connections. Retention depends on provider/project settings and purchase-related legal obligations. Uninstalling the app does not erase records already held by these services. No system can guarantee zero security risk.
7. User Rights and Opt-Out
Advertising privacy choices are available in the app and in system settings. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact [email protected] and provide the technical app identifier if available. Do not send patient data. Deletion may be limited by billing obligations and the ability to identify the relevant record.

We update this page when the described processing changes. The date above identifies this policy revision.
